Silk Flower is a Local Specialty found in Liyue Only which can be used for the ascension of some characters, there are only 14 on the map and once you pick them up you will need to wait 2 days for them to respawn, some NPCs do sell them in Liyue but in very small quantities and the restock time is 3 days.
