Noctilucous Jade is a Local Specialty that can only be found in Liyue, there are a total of 46 scattered around the map once you harvest one of them it will take between two to three days for them to respawn again, this material can only be used to ascend Beidou and Yanfei for now but maybe in the future more characters may need it.
